In addition to the Law of Attraction being able to be used to improve specific areas of your life, it also provides a very powerful system that can be used to change more core, general beliefs.
Core beliefs that someone might wish to transform may relate to beliefs that they hold about themselves, other people or the world/life. They may wish to change core beliefs to feel more positive emotions such as peace and happiness and relaxation in the moment and these core beliefs may or may not also be tied to specific manifestations that they want.
The Law of Attraction says that a belief is simply a thought that someone keeps thinking, so all thoughts/beliefs including more primary thoughts/beliefs and irrespective of how long they have had those beliefs, can be changed.
As the Law of Attraction explains that the broader part of everyone already is in a state of pure positive energy with positive core beliefs, when we talk about changing core beliefs we are talking about aligning our thinking to match the true essence of who we really are.
It can be helpful to identify any core beliefs that you may like to have/ transform such as the examples shown below.
Example Core Beliefs:
– I love completely and I am loved completely.
– I live in a loving world.
– I am supported by life.
– I know my power.
– I follow my own guidance.
If there are some core beliefs that you would like to hold you can practice thoughts that match the core beliefs and your beliefs will transform. One technique to do this is to write the Core Belief that you would like at the top of a piece of paper and to then list any occasions that you have felt in a way that matches the core belief that you have written, writing as many occasions that you can think of.
