Join people from across the world for the 5 day Appreciation Game: for five days starting on Monday 19th March 2012 and finishing on Friday 23rd March 2012 we will be making a written list of 25 things that we appreciate every day. You can practice appreciation of anything including your health, home, family, friends and abundance, including big and little things. The key thing is that you write things that you genuinely appreciate not things that you think you ‘should’ appreciate. Appreciation is an often underutilised power, it is completely magical in its power to positively transform your life. It is a choice available in every moment and life is full of opportunities to find things to appreciate, if you are looking for them. It is fascinating that one meaning of appreciation is ‘gain in value’ and that the process of recognising the good, through the Law of Attraction brings more good into your life. When we are practising appreciation we feel happier and more positive about our lives and we are also in a receptive mode of allowing things that we have asked for to flow into our lives. Also, the fastest way to get from where we are to where we want to be is to make the best of where we are.
