• If you would like to allow a love relationship into your life, gently allow yourself to think about what your ideal relationship would be like including thinking about how you would like it to feel.
• Make a list of all of the things you like/liked about a current/previous partner.
• Self-appreciation: make a list of all of your good points as when you are feeling good about yourself you are attracting good things to yourself.
• Try to be kind to yourself and to treat yourself well – as we attract the essence of what we are.
