Having a Law of Attraction Practice Over Time“To see a world in a grain of sand,

At the heart of virtually all spiritual traditions there is a daily practice. In Sanskrit this practice is described by the word ‘sadhana’ which means ‘to practice something as a discipline’.  As we are thinking all day every day whilst we are awake if we want to make changes in our lives and in how we feel, there often does need to be a consistency of practice.

Meditation is regarded as a daily practice, however regularly practising the other types of Law of Attraction techniques in addition to meditation seems to be very beneficial.

Benefits of Having a Practice Over Time

When people do their best to maintain a regular practice over time, the benefits of the Law of Attraction techniques begin to reveal themselves, with the concepts and theory going from more of an intellectual understanding to more of an inner knowing.

It is almost like the present moment expands and we experience it with more of who we are and we start to perceive and experience the same things differently.

We also start seeing more and more evidence that life is working out for us and to see that even if things don’t appear to be shifting immediately that when we look back over a slightly longer period of time that positive changes have occurred. This strengthens our belief that we can create anything that we want as a result of changing our thinking. In relation to this the benefits of having a regular practice begin to expand into more and more areas of life experience.

In addition as a result of having a practice over time, life can begin to take on greater meaning as we start to see that there is what could be called a thread or something that links what we have previously experienced and what we are currently experiencing in our life.

Finally, as the application of the Law of Attraction techniques may be considered a skill, they tend to become more effective as we become more experienced at applying them.
